Not pleased with the flowers delivered. Friendly staff and delivered on time. Ten gladiola stems not in full bloom in a clear vase with a ribbon for $50. Plus tax and $10 delivery
Lovin Florist was absolutely wonderful in sending a beautiful arrangement to my friend. The young lady who answered the phone was so friendly and helpful. She even sent me a picture of the arrangement they sent and it agreed with the picture my friend sent me. Its so good to find a Florist you can depend on. Thank you Lovin Florist. The worst! Left flowers at my doorstep in 25 degree weather! They were dying by the time I realized they were at the door. No one rang the bell. I had to throw out after 2 days.Not responsible!
Definitely not what they used to be. Ashley, After reading your response, I would change my one star to zero stars, if I could, for poor customer service. First, you called me by the deceased name. 2nd, you were not able to do what I wanted and decided to put some sort of flowers in a vase on one side of a peanut basket and then called me at the very last minute to say you thought they may turn over in the delivery process. That in itself made me scared about what this arrangement was going to look like. You sent me pics of 3 other options with a txt saying your driver was about to leave. None of those options were acceptable to me for $80 and at that point I was very doubtful you we're going to be able to make something I was pleased with so I decided to go elsewhere and was able to get a gorgeous arrangement made. Most managers would not respond the way you do and would simply say we're sorry and hope we can better serve you next time instead of writing a paragraph trying to justify yourself.
Ordered flowers online and they were NOT delivered on time. Here we are on day 2 (AFTER my mother's birthday) and we STILL have not received the flowers. When I spoke to the manager tried to shift blame to SendFlowers and recommended I use a local florist instead next time. FIRST OF ALL there will NEVER be another time I go anywhere near this florist. SECOND even if SendFlowers is to blame I (the customer) have ABSOLUTELY NO SAY in what company Lovin Florist works with nor do I force them to take orders from SendFlowers. But once they accept the order they should at least have the decency to deliver the order as promised!!
