For great service, Mr. Mark (the owner) demonstrated true customer service. He was helpful and patient. The laundry center is clean and machines functioned well. Go visit and tell Mr. Mark, I said hi.
The reason I gave 3 stars is because the owner was not very nice. I came in a little bit too late to wash because they were closing soon. It's been a long long time since I've been to a laundromat so I didn't remember the rules of the last wash. He told me that the last wash was at 8 because they close at 9, well it was 8:30. I asked if I could just wash and not dry and that I'd be out by closing time (I only had a comforter) and he proceeded to complain about how long he'd been there today. After fussing he finally allowed me to wash (and complained I would get his floors wet). I was surprised by all of this and his immaturity in handling such a simple closing procedure mostly because I'd heard good things by several people. Besides the poor customer service, this place is pristine and all of the machines seemed to be in good working order. The cleaning people are amazing and set this laundromat apart from many others. The cleanliness is what brought me here. So the moral of the story is not to get there too late and you should be ok...I hope!
This is a nice clean laundromat! I was able to wash and dry my clothes fairly quickly (granted, I came on a Tuesday afternoon). Parking can be tight. The detergent here is pricey. Fortunately, there is a Dollar General and a Mexican supermarket next to this place. I would strongly recommend this laundromat for your laundry needs!
I gave this place a 2 star because of the bad customer service that I received from someone who works there who called herself "Maria". I've been coming here on and off for over 5 years, before the new owners took over. She wanted to argue with me about how much soap I put in the washer that did NOT rinse my clothes out thoroughly. She also said that she saw my other 2 loads and they were soapy also. LOL..so she's watching me now??!! I didn't have problems with the other washers. Anyways, I only put 1 and a quarter of a scoop of Tide. She then tried to blame it the type of soap that I was using and that I should only use a little bit of Tide. LMAO! Before this I let her know that the particular washer I was using didn't seem to be providing enough water. She said its fine give it a minute. I said ok and let it be.... I asked her to call the owners, so that I could explain to them what was going on. I wanted to let the owners know that it's not about the $2.25 the cost of the washer that I'm complaining about. It's about the RUDE way that their worker is being towards me. "MARIA" put the phone on speaker where I couldn't even hear the owner clearly. So I'm not sure if he heard everything I said. Anyways I have my own washer and dryer at home I go to the laundromat to wash my towels and comforters. I like to support local businesses. I know the owners will be reading this so just a message to them... You shouldn't have people to work for you that doesn't provide good customer service. We are the paying customers using your washers. If there's something wrong with your washers and they don't do their job and we are just trying to express our concerns to your workers. We, I shouldn't feel like someone is trying to argue with me by trying to blame me for the washer not rinsing thoroughly. Instead just apologize for any inconvenience and let me know that you will let the owners know so it won't happen to anyone else. It's not about the money it's about the customer service! If she would have said that or something close to it, I would have just restarted it myself but she started arguing with me about how much soap I put in the washer and that pissed me off!! I know how much soap to put in the washer depending on what I'm washing. I go to different businesses because of the customer service and ofcourse the cleanliness of the establishment that's very important to me. One thing I do want to add is that your laundromat is very clean that's one of the MAIN reasons I choose your laundromat. Her working for you makes me not want to come and do my laundry there ever again!!! Please have a talk with her. Thanks in advance!
This laundromat is very clean a must for me. Plenty of TVs, WiFi, well-stocked. There is a Dollar General next door if supplies are needed. No matter how busy the place is one can always find a washer or dryer available.
