We had priced a Kenmore 73025 fridge locally but when we called this outlet they had a much better deal. Faster & cheaper delivery also. It was a long drive for us but we saved $370 overall. Maxine is great. Helpful, efficient, great to work with. The fridge was delivered 2 days later as promised, exactly on time, and they moved a stair rail to get it in. Over & above what we expected. I would buy from here again. Now we have a Sears account hopefully we can do it over the phone.
I honestly wish I could give no stars. This has been a TERRIBLE experience. You cant get anyone to answer the phone. In store its about the same. Maybe 2 people working tops. I purchased a washer machine, got it home and hooked up and it doesnt work properly. Trying to get a manager on the phone is impossible. Not happy and want a full refund.
Thank you to Maxine and the staff at the Sears Outlet at Sugarloaf Mills. I went to the store after having a horrible experience at the Tucker location where the sales rep at the Tucker store directed me to look up information on products on my smartphone to determine if they had the product in stock at the Tucker location. Never have I had such an experience. So I left the Tucker location and went to Sugarloaf Mills where I had a completely different experience. Maxine was customer oriented and was willing to help and let me look around the store at my leisure and was ready to help when I was ready. The team answered my questions and definitely provided the customer service any customer would expect and deserve. Thank you for the great experience at the Sugarloaf Mills location.
I came to pick up items ordered on their website. After receiving the confirmation email, it was simple and fast to get my items. The staff were courteous and helpful. I will shop here again!
