This is the only gym that hold classes on the general floor where everybody works out. You cant hear yourself talk or hear your music. The instructor has the nerves to be on a PDA and also plays the music so loud. Besides the loudness, they are all about bodies. This is one tiny gym, only one floor and only one studio. But they have about five classes going on at any given day. You would think going to the gym around 10 to 12 is the best time but no thats when these loud classes are going on directly behind you or in front of you. I go to the gym to lose weight and de stress with my own music but am forced to listen to the classs music which is not what I want to listen too. Overall, crowded gym and the most noisy.
nice gym, & great people.. but i wish it was more organized than this.. like for example all the chest machines should be next to each other in one line , instead each machine in different place.. the same thing for apps, legs etc..
For begin an new establishment you would think the staff would treat their customers in a more professional manner. I joined when they first open and have been over charged ever since with unnecessary fees. The staff is very rude and will hang up on. Read the print b4 joining. I will never consider another CRUNCH gym after dealing with them.
Great staff and nice gym. Probably the nicest gym Ive ever been to and definitely the nicest in the area. I can get in and have a great workout.
Extremely unprofessional staff, they do not follow their own motto of no judgment. They claim to allow any type of exercise, but they do not allow Olympic movements, even though they do not have a formal rule against it. Yet they have all the equipment to do so, and they say on their website "No judgments means room for everyone, regardless of shape, size, age, race, gender or fitness level. No matter your workout of choice, we want you to feel good while reaching your goals. Join the fun." Yet they do not follow this standard. Great gym for general fitness though. I just wish they could be more professional, and have standard rules advertised. They need to fix this before I would recommend this gym to anyone or give a higher rating.
