Love this place.. No regrets for joining such a big happy workout family... You get what you pay for..If u you looking for a place to workout and have fun at that same time come check out Coach Stephen and Coach Sarai'Kia.. Hands down..
This is one of the best methods thought of in the fitness industry. The program works your entire body; every muscle. The group participation, the instructors, the music, and the status monitors keep us engaged. While the workout is intense, it's not hard as you know the end results. It's fun! The instructor Kenisha, located at the Webb Gin location is a beast. Her music selection and guidance are awesome!
Its all good until you try to cancel your membership. I last went to this Orangetheory in December of 2017. Its now September of 2018 and I have made multiple attempts to cancel this membership. I filled out the cancellation form months ago and Im still receiving requests for payments every month. Every time I call they tell me the membership has been cancelled. I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one so they couldnt keep charging me...Absolutely ridiculous... other fails worth mentioning is terrible music that plays WAY too loud during classes. I wore ear plugs to most classes so I didnt have to hear gonna make you sweat and other cheesy hits.
From the first workout and every time after, I feel so great for the rest of the day. Im sure some of that feeling is the metabolism burn but there is also a sense of power that I made it through a challenging workout. Coaches are consistently good and upbeat. I recently drove 45 minutes (each way) to work out at an OTF while on a work trip. Worth it.
I canceled my membership in May. I was charged over and over on my credit card. I called several times to get this fixed and they told me it was. on August 28th I saw I was again charged for a service I no longer use and that was canceled in May. I called and they told me my card was never removed from their system. This was after I was told three times that it was fixed. They finally removed my card on 8/28/18 from their system. We shall see if that actually happened. They have great people and I loved their workouts, but they need to be on top of their billing system.
