These people and company are literally thieves. My wife signed up for a trial and 10 passes, then ended it, then they proceeded to charge us for monthly membership fees for 3 straight months. When my wife went there they said they would refund the money within 30 days, its been over 30 days and they still have not refunded the money, unbelievable. Stay away from this place, I don't use the word thieve lightly, I also don't ever write google reviews, but this is unreal, stealing money from people and then not paying back is about as bad as it gets.
Where do I begin, I came in three days ago to cancel my membership because the gym price is just too much for the service they offer. I was told that the system was down after waiting about 1 hour and to come in tomorrow or within three days anytime between 10am and 8pm. Please not I have to do this before I get charge for another month since there is a 30 day notice and 3day grace period. So I then came in the following day at 7pm to only be told that all the people that could help have left and to come in tomorrow. It is now today and I come in At 6pm and ask for someone to speak to, to cancel my account, they then tell me AGAIN that all the people that can help have now left. At this point I am furious because I do not want to pay for another month so they find someone to cancel my membership but it took 1 hour for that person to even come up to the front to acknowledge me, to only be told that I will be charged for the three days since I did not cancel three days ago. I am now furious and they are charging me for three days (which is 4$) I do not care about the money but about the fact that they are charging me for their mistakes and that they were so petty to not even make the gesture of removing that fee when it was because of them that I have wasted 4 hours and gas coming here to try and cancel my membership for the past 3 days. Absolutely ridiculous! 1 star is 1 star too many!
Such a great experience! I made an appointment with Troy, he toured me around the gym, which was great. After the tour, he told me to enjoy my workout and feel free to stop by his office, when I was done or give him a ring the following day. Outside of the gym being great, that sold me, because typically you're pressured to sign up for all of these different things and you're sitting at a desk for almost an hour. There was 0 pressure and I really liked that. Troy was absolutely amazing! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GYM!
All the workers here are smiley and happy to greet you at the door. They try to remember your name and your face which is really good service! Today though there was a girl I didnt recognize, I tried to look at her name tag but didnt get it. She seemed very very unhappy with her job, like she didnt want to be there. I dont know if she was just having a bad day or what. But over all everyone there seems very happy and proud of there job. Love this place!
I walked right in the other night with my friend. I was not checked in or asked for a membership. My friend wanted me to join so I can work out with her. Is this standard practice, If so I don't feel safe. The locker room was a mess and the pool was closed. I asked a staff member a question and got a rude response. I see I am not the only one that had problems. Do you offer a week pass that I can try the gym out more? please let me know.
