Probably the nicest ACE I've ever been to. Although the employee I spoke with had no idea what a band saw was, so that's not a good sign. But everyone is friendly and helpful.
Very upset at the lack of service! I dropped 2 window screens off 4 days ago for repair. They were busy at the time so I was told just to write my name and phone number on a sheet of paper and they will call me when screens were ready. I was told it would take a couple of days. However after four days of not hearing from them, I decided to make a visit to the store. My screens were still sitting behind the counter and I was told that they were backlogged and they could have them done possibly by Monday. Staff barely looked up from the computer to see my disappointment. Also, Front desk staff did not seem knowledgeable about what services are offered in the back of the store. My time is just as valuable as yours. Will not be returning!!!
I love the staff at Ace Hardware! They really go out if their way to be helpful and kind. Much prefer over the big box stores!
